Work will begin soon on an office building for the Prince William Association of Realtors, which is the largest trade association in the county, according to theWashington Business Journal. The 15,000-square-foot building in Woodbridge, Va., will serve the association’s 2,300 realtors and 150 affiliates.

The office building is the first of the planned seven-building office park at Reid’s Prospect, which is a 105-acre mixed-use town center. The building’s features include 5,000 square feet of meeting space, a boardroom, networking hall and member services center.

The $5.2 million project is being funded through fundraising and financing offered by PNC Bank. The building is expected to be completed in January 2009.

The general contractor for the project will be R.W. Murray Co., Manassas, Va., and the development manager is Aliant Development Services LLC, Lansdowne, Va.
